The Coachella crowd was amazed when singer Shakira (47) suddenly appeared on stage during the performance of Argentine DJ star Bizarrap (25) on Friday (April 12th). The two performed their new song “La Fuerte” from Shakira’s album “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” together.

And then the big surprise: During the performance, Shakira announced that she would be setting off on a world tour this year. She then confirmed the world tour in an Instagram post and wrote that she was “so excited” that the tour was finally happening: “I can’t wait to get back on stage and celebrate with the Wolf Pack.”

Fans can already register for advance sales, but the dates have not yet been announced.

It is her first world tour since the “El Dorado World Tour” in 2018. “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” was released in March and is Shakira’s twelfth studio album and her first since 2017. In the album, among other things, she deals with her separation from soccer star Gerard Pique (37).
