The 81 year old driver of an Opel Corsa, the village street ran in Warder from the direction of the altmühl village coming. A 33-year-old woman was in her Skoda Rapid. For yet unknown reasons, the Opel-driver was in a long sweeping curve to the left into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with the Skoda. The Opel Corsa of the accident causer tilted due to the collision on the side, as a result, the 81 year-old female driver was trapped in their vehicle. The FFW Warder and Nortorf had to cut the woman out of their vehicle. The driver is not ) got seriously injured (acute danger to life existed in the Uni-clinic in Kiel. The driver of the Skoda Rapid was also seriously injured. The 33-year-old woman was with her 1-year-old child on the way. The child remained apparently unharmed, however, came along with his mother in the Imlandklinik to Rendsburg. On both vehicles the total damage, both vehicles had to be recovered by towing companies. The damage to property is expected to be about 15000 Euro. During the accident, the village road was blocked in was full.
