about eight years Ago, Vauxhall launched the Mokka to the Boom Segment of small SUV. After a refresher a few years ago, the new Generation is now in the house – with a totally new look.

Rüsselsheim, Germany (dpa/tmn) – Opel has announced for the beginning of 2021 the new mocha. The small SUV gets a in comparison to the predecessor strongly modified Design, and is offered as the first model of the brand from the Start as an electric car.

Shorter, but more spacious

4.15 meters is the new mocha nearly 13 inches shorter than the current model. Nevertheless, Opel promises to be, thanks to a little more wheelbase and better space and up to 350 litres of boot.

the cabin is Packed with a fully digital Cockpit, in a body, which is at the front equipped and rear as standard, with narrow LED lights. The rather rounded Design has given way to an edgy design. The Vizor is called the width of the front design to determine for the next decade, the design of the brand.

The Mokka is based on the Corsa on

Technically, the Mokka uses the architecture of the Opel Corsa. This is true for assistance systems and Infotainment for the drive. The all-electric mocha e drives a 100-kW/136-HP electric Motor and a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 50 kWh. This is according to the manufacturer, for up to 332 km range with a maximum of 150 km/h-length.

Alternatively, it is likely the same petrol and Diesel engines for the Corsa. To expect is, therefore, with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine with three power levels 55 kW/75 HP to 96 kW/130 HP and a Diesel engine that draws from a 1.5-liter displacement and 74 kW/100 HP.
