An 80-year-old man from Saar Louis sailed with his miniature electric vehicle (E-Scooter) the sidewalk of a side street and came out, the first police investigation that, without external influence to the case. In doing so, he injured himself in danger to life.
The man, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to medical care with suspected severe traumatic brain injury in a hospital.
