In the fabulously cast new Sunday crime thriller “Tatort: Murot and the Paradise” (October 22nd, 8:15 p.m., the first), Brigitte Hobmeier (47, “What do women do at half past four in the morning?”) and Ioana Bugarin ( born 1996). The Romanian-born actress plays the erotic and charismatic performer Ruby Kortus, who is “in a dirty, amoral and deeply reprehensible connection” to the first fatality, as she herself explains in the film.

The newcomer was previously seen as nun Cristina Tofan in “Miracol” (2021), as Laura in the drama “Otto Barbarul” (2020) and as the title character in “Mia isi rateaza razbunarea” (German “Mia gambles away her revenge”, 2020). Filming this film must have been intense because on her Instagram account the young artist shows the bruises she got on her forearms. “Here you have proof that art hurts and leaves traces,” she commented on the photo.

In many other photos, the versatile Ioana Bugarin can be seen in a wide variety of styles during various professional activities – sometimes in a fashion shoot for the March 2019 issue of “Harper’s Bazaar Romania”, sometimes on stage in a play. In between, she also publishes private snapshots, often with a cat.
