Four people died in a road accident on the A4 Milan-Turin shortly before the Arluno exit towards Milan following the collision of a van against a car. The clash took place at 9.45 am at Marcallo with Casone. The victims are a group of workers, all between 30 and 35 years old, of Pakistani origin. The motorway, initially closed in both directions, was then reopened in the direction of Turin, while at the moment one lane has been reopened in the direction of Milan.

Among the 6 people involved, four died and two were seriously injured. Areu reports that of the four dead, two are men of 30, one of 35 and the age of the fourth is not yet known. For all the death was ascertained on the spot. Of the injured, one is a 30-year-old brought in code red to the Niguarda and the other, the driver of the van, is a 49-year-old brought in code green to the Magenta hospital. According to an initial reconstruction, the collision occurred during an overtaking between the car, a Toyota Yaris in which the workers were traveling, and the Ford Transit van.
