A new Cirque Éloize show will see the light of day this summer on the boards of the new hall set up by the company, in the heart of the Îles-de-la-Madeleine.

Combining storytelling, acrobatics and music, “Entre ciel et mer”, celebrates Acadian pride while featuring Madelinot storyteller Cédric Landry.

Presented from July 9 to August 13 at La Seine de l’Eglise de Havre-Aubert, “Between Sky and Sea” is inspired by the horizon line, the meeting point separating the sky from the sea, which appears as a pencil line that can be seen off the coast, giving rise to the stories of yesterday and today. Like a tightrope walker, the spectator will be guided on this fragile limit and will switch from one world to another.

On stage, 12 artists, including acrobats and musicians, will perform to bring the tales of the region to life. The staging is signed by Michel-Maxime Legault.
