The Ibex 35 started this Wednesday’s session with a rise of 0.53%, which has led the selective to stand at 8,520.49 integers at 9:01 a.m., in a scenario marked by the evolution of the Covid-19 in China, with the elimination of restrictions in cities such as Shanghai, whose authorities have set themselves the goal of returning to normality in June.
After closing yesterday with a rise of 1.45%, the Madrid selective began the session above the psychological level of 8,500 points, with most of the values in green, after the increases registered on Wall Street.

In the early stages of this Wednesday’s session, the biggest increases were scored by Caixabank (1.25%), Repsol (1.15%), Inditex (1%), IAG (0.95%), Solaria (0 .9%) and ACS (0.9%), while on the opposite side were Indra (-0.49%), Cellnex Telecom (-0.44%), ArcelorMittal (-0.34%) and Aena (-0.15%).
The rest of the European stock markets opened with flat behavior in the case of Frankfurt, Paris and London.
The price of a barrel of Brent crude oil, a reference for Europe, stood at 112 dollars, with an increase of 0.52%, while the barrel of WTI oil, a reference for the US, rose 0.79% , up to 110 dollars.
Finally, the price of the euro against the dollar stood at 1.0517 ‘greenbacks’.
