SNCF has released a statement indicating that traffic will be affected on Sunday, May 29 “following a movement of TER drivers from Marseilles, Miramas and Avignon.” This movement will affect the traffic forecasts of the rail operator and the flow of trains in the Hautes-Alpes.
The SNCF allows for four of ten TER to be circulated on the line Marseille – Veynes – Briancon. The service will “normally” be available on the Valence TGV-Briancon link. The SNCF states that the movement will also be affected by Monday 30th May and Tuesday 31st May. It invites visitors to check the traffic conditions at its Paca site, which is dedicated to the TER network.
