Mr. Ruhnert, Union Berlin is playing in the Champions League for the first time in the club’s history, but little is going well at the moment. The team is bottom of the group and is fighting against relegation in the Bundesliga. Are these the growing pains of a small club or is this a crisis that threatens its existence? Many people around me want to encourage me and say: It’s great the path you’ve taken. It’s great that you’re now playing in a group with Real Madrid and SSC Napoli. But it’s hard for me to think like that. I see how the team is struggling and how we are suffering primarily in the Bundesliga. That hurts.
