Dominik Mahner’s office covers almost 900 square meters. A two-part ground floor, new building, top location, modern design – cork and wood hang on the walls, in the conference rooms there are massive natural wood tables and solid iron chairs. Flat screen TVs hang everywhere. If you take the rectangular tour, you will pass offices of different sizes, sometimes with two, four or even six desks. Telephone booths and a relaxation room await in the corridors, as well as a large lounge in the entrance area. Mahner created the prototype of the modern office. But as he walks through his corridors, he encounters one thing above all: vacancies.
