It’s that time of year again, the holidays are just around the corner – and with them the traditionally changed broadcast dates for the Sunday crime thriller. The next two “crime scenes” run on a Tuesday and Monday. This is the specific timetable for the “Tatort” broadcast slot – 8:15 p.m., the first – on Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

In family suites, emergency shelters and bed camps, things become less contemplative and more emotional and even dramatic.
In the new “Crime Scene: Loss of Control”, the two detectives Anna Janneke (Margarita Broich) and Paul Brix (Wolfram Koch) have to solve the murder of the young Cara Mauersberger (Viktoria Schreiber), who only a few months ago moved from the small Saxon town of Döbeln to Frankfurt was drawn on the Main.
In “The Big New Year’s Eve Show” with Hans Sigl and Francine Jordi, the TV audience is served party hits, pop songs, evergreens, atmospheric ballads and rock classics. The guests announced for the long show evening (until 12:20 a.m.) are: Christina Sturmer, DJ Ötzi, Right Said Fred, OMD, Vaya Con Dios, Stefanie Heinzmann, Claudia Jung, Mike Singer, Heinz Rudolf Kunze, Melissa Naschenweng, Sarah Engels , Loona, Hermes House Band, The Baseballs, The Kolors, Marti Fischer, Paveier, Paul Morocco
At midnight there will be a live broadcast to Berlin at the Brandenburg Gate for the big New Year’s Eve fireworks display.
With the new “Tatort: ??What Remains” actress Franziska Weisz gives her farewell performance as Inspector Julia Grosz in the Falke crime novels from northern Germany. Inspector Thorsten Falke (Wotan Wilke Möhring), who in this case has to delve deep into his own past, remains with the audience.
