The man jumped up, grabbed the judge by the neck and wrenched it to the ground. A doctor, a lawyer and two nurses freed the woman, who suffered minor injuries. At the request of the public Prosecutor’s office in Ravensburg, the district court issued an internment order in respect of dangerous bodily injury. The 40-Year-old was transferred to a forensic psychiatry.
