Wednesday night’s game received an average rating of 5.8 and 14 share ratings. It was viewed by 10,280,000 viewers. This is 13% more than the 9,105,000 who watched Tampa Bay’s win over the Los Angeles Dodgers last year. This set a new record for the World Series.

Fox reported Thursday that Game 2 attracted 186,741 streams.
