Only seven seconds it took you to victory over your opponent Miranda Akins (5-1, 5 Ko) on the Undercard of the Welterweight fight between Virgil Ortiz, jr. (16-0, 16 Ko) and Samuel Vargas (31-6-2, 14 K. o.). Adkins, only the replacement opponent for the “Super Bad” was, after her original opponent, Jacky Calvo (12-5-2, 1 K. o.) due to a knee injury, had to cancel. Directly after the fight, Estrada was the courage of the defeated Adkins in DAZN-Interview: “I pay her a lot of respect. She was the one who declared himself ready and in the fight stepped in. I knew that I had more experience than you.“

However, the selection of Adkins was criticised in retrospect, violently. The athlete, who is at the present day, 43, is not only 15 years older than the winner, but to the best of their previous Fights ride always against opponents who had never won a fight four of them gave their professional debut. In addition, Adkins until the age of 39 years, had begun, after recovering from cancer, with the martial arts. She started with MMA, then moved the boxes to the kick and, finally, to professional Boxing. Andy Foster of the California State Athletic Commission regretted the decision to approve such an unbalanced fight, in hindsight. “If I could do it again, I would not have allowed the Fight,” he explained. “I have never seen a WBC title fight shot down (Estrada defended his Silver belt of the Association, in the Limit, note. d. Red.). I sure thought that Adkins would win. But I thought it would be longer than seven seconds.“
