The union of European Football associations (Uefa) has given Dansk Boldspil-Union a fine of 6500 euros, equivalent to about 48,000 pounds.
the Fine is granted in connection with the tilskuerballade, which took place in the european championship qualifier between Denmark and Gibraltar in Copenhagen.
It will write to Uefa on their website.
Uefas has given a fine of 5000 euros for tilskuerballade, when a spectator ran on to the field, while the 1500 euro is given because of the use of pyrotechnics.
the Fine may be said to be in the mild corner in relation to what fodbolddirektør Peter Møller feared.
He was subsequently in and out and criticise the fans who had used the rules.
“Friday, unfortunately, there were individual fans, that went far over the line. It is completely unacceptable. We want great atmosphere with our fans, but it must also be safe for all to go to the test match, said Peter Moller at the time.
“We can risk fines of several hundred thousand dollars, which we instead could have spent on activities for our fans. It was a shame and sin for the many fans who are doing a great job with the back up of the team.”
B. T. could after the fight also tell the story of the Danish fan Kasper, who was a witness to a brawl at the end of the qualifier against Gibraltar, as Denmark won 6-0.
But neither the fights or ølkast, which was also mentioned in This press release, was a part of the accusation that UEFA went ahead with.
the Danish spectators were also charged with throwing objects on the pitch in Dublin, as Denmark played its last group match in the european championship qualification and was ready for the european championship finals next summer.
Here, Uefa has, however, acquitted DBU.
