The Belgian Dimitri van den Bergh is the first round of 16 at the Darts World Cup in London. “The Dreammaker”, as the 28-year-old is known, clearly defeated Poland’s Krzysztof Ratajski 4-1 and is now in the round of 16.

There van den Bergh has to deal with either his compatriot Kim Huybrechts or the Scottish world champion Peter Wright.

Van den Bergh has already reached the quarter-finals at the 2018 and 2020 World Cup, but has fallen back a bit in the rankings. From a German point of view, Gabriel Clemens and Martin Schindler are still represented in the third round of the World Cup.
