Mr. Lange, after six months of tough struggle, the USA has finally released $61 billion in aid money for Ukraine. Can the collapse of the country be prevented in this way? It’s not quite like that. Ukraine has opportunities, especially in the south and in Crimea, to put pressure on the Russians. This could be a way to ensure a real willingness to negotiate on the Russian side. That’s exactly what it’s about. Putin will not see anything on his own or will say, “I’ve had enough,” without military pressure. You have to stop Putin. That is also in our interest. What I don’t understand: what are we waiting for? That a miracle will happen?
