Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed into law a stricter abortion ban in April. As soon as it comes into force, abortions will only be possible up to the sixth week. How did you react to that, Ms. Bartleman?
Robin Bartleman: It was an absolute shock. I feel like our society is going backwards right now. Whether it’s abortions, banned books in school libraries or hate speech against trans people, every time you turn around, a right is taken again. For me, the subject of abortion is very personal.
