Olaf Scholz has come again, for the second year in a row. You have to mention that briefly, its predecessor handled it differently. Angela Merkel only went to the security conference every two years. And there, as Scholz and his advisors see it, a German chancellor must of course be where presidents and heads of government, diplomats and experts from all over the world are discussing fundamental questions of foreign and security policy for three days: in the Hotel “Bayerischer Hof” in the middle in Munich.
