The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree: North West (10), the daughter of Kanye West (46) and Kim Kardashian (43), has announced her first album. The ten-year-old even stole the show from her dad. She made the announcement last Sunday (March 10) at the listening party for her father’s new album, “Vultures 2,” according to Forbes. On stage in Phoenix, she shared the news with the audience that she was working on an album.

The crowd, consisting of thousands of Kanye fans, was thrilled by the announcement of the young musician and cheered her even before the sentence was finished, as the medium reported. The title of her debut album is already there – and is a homage to her successful father: It should be called “Elementary School Dropout” and is a reference to Kanye West’s 2004 album “The College Dropout”.

It’s far from North West’s first step into the music world. Back in February she rapped a small part in the song “Talking/Once Again” by Kanye West and rapper Ty Dolla $ign (41). She can also be seen in the accompanying music video – styling her hair and with grills on her teeth.

The path to a great rap career is paved. North West also recently graced the cover of the winter edition of “i-D” magazine. And in the accompanying interview, according to “People,” she explained how she envisions her professional future. Accordingly, she wants to become a rapper and basketball player and sell works of art. She had already thought about the starting capital for her dreams: “When I’m 13, I want to walk dogs to earn money so I can buy art supplies because everything is so expensive here,” she explained Magazine their plan. She also wants to one day take over her parents’ companies, the clothing company Skims and the sneaker brand Yeezy, and become an entrepreneur.

Kim Kardashian and the musician were married from 2014 to 2022. They have four children together: daughters North and Chicago (5) and sons Saint (8) and Psalm (4).
