A Florida woman is now planning to file a $5 million class action lawsuit because the timeline would give false promises. The woman’s attorneys claim the 3.5 minutes is just the heat-up time in the microwave and doesn’t take into account the other steps involved in cooking.

This also includes removing the lid, opening and filling the sauce from a small bag, adding tap water – and at the end the contents of the cup also have to be stirred.

The maker of the microwave menu described the lawsuit as “frivolous” in a statement. The lawyers surrounding the plaintiff argue that it is misleading marketing and that the product is being sold at a significant premium.

Customers would pay more money for this claim than they would otherwise. According to the lawsuit, Kraft Heinz Foods should refrain from paying misleading advertising in addition to paying $5 million.
