There is a gap between the green townhouse with its decorated bay window and the light yellow Wilhelminian style facade on Franziskanerstrasse. It will probably continue to exist for a while, although the plans to close the gap were well advanced, right in the middle of Munich-Haidhausen.
The project developer Euroboden wanted to build 68 apartments here. The website is still raving about “green courtyard oases” that would “bring new life” to the block. 4,000 square meters of living space were to be created, primarily in the luxury segment. But a few weeks ago, Euroboden filed for bankruptcy. He will not complete the project on Franziskanerstrasse.
