It seems to be the spirit of the times: many people want to work less. Three quarters of all German employees want a 4-day week. They give various reasons for their desire for reduced working hours: more time for the family, for themselves, hobbies and volunteer work.

Who has hardly had a say in the debate so far: people who don’t want to work less, but more. What are the reasons for that? Is your job your passion that you simply immerse yourself in? For example, are you self-employed and therefore willing to work ten or more hours a day? Or are you doing paid overtime on purpose to save money? Tell us about it.
