The building affected is on two floors, and includes the infirmary and the regional medico-psychological service. Work had been engaged for several months.
The evacuated inmates, 53 in number, were transferred to another building of the prison, as well as in the prisons of Nancy and Epinal, according to Franck Rassel, regional secretary FO-Prison, joined by France 3. No injuries is deplorable. A crisis cell has been set up.
