The heating engineer Viessmann, a model German company, becomes American. According to information from the company environment, the Hessians are in final negotiations with the air conditioning manufacturer Carrier Global Corporation from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The sale is expected to be confirmed later this week. Overall, the Americans are likely to put around eleven billion euros on the table for the traditional house from Allendorf and thus also pay off Viessmann’s debts. The German location is to be retained.
