The group automobile German Daimler announced on Thursday evening to have entered into an indemnity agreement amicable to the United States for the scandal of diesel engines, fixing a total cost of $ 2.2 billion.
This agreement is made up of the envelope “about 1.5 billion dollars” for the authorities of the united states and another 700 million to settle complaints and legal fees and lawyers, said the automaker in a press release.
