The carmaker Opel is recalling more than 204,000 Corsa models worldwide. The reason is a “missing warning to the driver in the event of a defect in the direction indicators,” as reported by the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) in Flensburg on Wednesday.

In Germany, a good 20,000 vehicles are probably affected. It is about the years of construction 2019 to 2021, it said. The authority recommends contacting Opel or an authorized workshop on the matter. According to the recall report, the KBA did not know whether there were incidents of property damage or personal injury due to the defect. The specialist portal “Kfz-Betrieb” had previously reported on this on Friday.
