US President Biden: Israel's offensive in the Gaza Strip "not a genocide"

In December, South Africa accused Israel of “genocide” in the Gaza Strip before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague. The Israeli government firmly rejects this accusation. In a preliminary decision at the end of January, the ICJ ordered that Israel must do everything to ensure that “genocide” does not occur there.
