Two septuagenarians have died this Saturday in a traffic accident recorded on the A-66 in the Benavente direction, in Peleas de Arriba (Zamora) after the vehicle in which they were traveling left the road and plunged down a slope to a farm road.
At 12:25 p.m., a call alerted the 112 Castilla y León Emergency Service about the incident, warning that a tourism that was overturned on the agricultural road under the highway in the municipality of Corrales. They add that there must be at least one person injured and trapped inside the vehicle.
The 112 has given notice of this accident to the Zamora Civil Guard (Traffic), the Zamora Fire Brigade and the Health Emergencies – Sacyl, which has sent a medical helicopter, a basic life support ambulance and Primary Care health personnel from the center health of Corrales.
At the scene, the toilets have finally confirmed the death of the two people who were traveling in tourism, who were a 73-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman.
