The Civil Guard investigates the unique finding of 20,000 unsent letters in a house in the Alicante municipality of Biar, where a postman who was fired at the Post Office after complaints from service users lived for more than a decade, according to sources close to the case.

The notice after discovering all these letters in several plastic bags was given by the current owner of the house after its acquisition. Apparently, all this mail has dates between the end of the 90s to 2012, and the senders or recipients mostly live in the city of Alicante.

Among the letters that were not delivered, there are invoices and commercial communications, in addition to personal letters, in general, ordinary non-urgent or certified shipments.
