I wear sunscreen every morning. Even if I have to work, so I spend most of the day indoors. I got used to it after traveling to Vancouver, Canada in 2015 to catch up on the latest at a huge, global dermatology convention. And even then it left no room for interpretation: UV rays are the key risk factor for sunburn and skin cancer and the number one cause of wrinkles. Apart from that, they also cause pigment or age spots, which were just the focus of the beauty industry at the time. When it comes to anti-aging, it is more and more about creating an even appearance for the skin than smoothing it out.
