The highest court in Germany had to decide on the Georg Schmidt case. The pharmacist from Hamburg had chemo and other therapies against cancer prepared in his pharmacy and in his manufacturing plant. The Hamburg Regional Court sentenced him to more than three years in prison in 2019 for fraud. On the other hand, Schmidt had appealed. Maybe he was hoping for an acquittal.
