The home of cook Haya Molcho, who lives in Austria, is enveloped in the scent of preserved lemons, tahini paste and oriental stews. Molcho comes from Israel and from there she built up a gastronomic empire with her family. In her “Neni” restaurants, of which there are now twelve, for example in Vienna, Hamburg, Paris and Copenhagen, she takes her guests to her aromatic home.
