Cagayan Valley and Aurora will see cloudy skies and light rains.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rains.
The easterlies, which are currently affecting the rest the country, will bring cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. After severe thunderstorms, flash floods and landslides could occur.
The coast waters of the Luzon, Visayas, and northern and eastern parts of Mindanao will be moderately to rough. Wave heights could reach up to 4 metres.
In Mindanao, the seas will be moderate to light.
