Queen Elizabeth II of England has closed the weekend of celebrations for her Platinum Jubilee with a surprise appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace accompanied by Prince Charles, Camilla, Prince William, Catherine and Princes George, Charlotte and Louis .
