In the trial of the rape of a drugged woman, the accused admitted all allegations in Munich. At the start of the proceedings before the Munich I Regional Court, the 39-year-old admitted to having given his partner at the time a drug cocktail in October 2020 and then raped her several times. He also admitted to filming the crime.

The public prosecutor’s office accuses the lawyer, who is currently working as a chauffeur, of having been agitated that a woman had been completely at his mercy. The accused, on the other hand, said the act was a reaction to a “feeling of powerlessness” in his life. He felt this at the end of the five-year relationship.

The man also admitted that a month earlier he had sent naked pictures of his partner to an acquaintance against her will. He also received the narcotics from him. The public was excluded from the proceedings for the victim’s testimony. Three days of negotiations are scheduled for the process.
