The Ministry of Public Works of Castilla-La Mancha and the College of Property, Mercantile and Movable Property Registrars of Castilla la Mancha have signed the agreement for the integration of graphic base services, being a pioneer at the national level.
Through this agreement, an important collaboration is established in this matter, since it allows the incorporation of the detailed details of urban planning to the graphic registry bases, thus putting value not only on graphic information, but also on urban planning. In addition, a common tool is created that includes the graphic viewer of the Ministry of Development of Castilla-La Mancha and the viewer of graphic bases of the Association of Registrars, Geoportal, thus including a georeferenced graphic representation in the Property Registries. of Castilla-La Mancha and incorporating, likewise, all the information available in terms of land use planning and urban planning.
Through this commitment, a great advance is made, greatly benefiting users, who will be able to access complete information from the Registries; which supposes an important technological progress and development for the Regional Ministry of Castilla-La Mancha.
This agreement has been developed in several training sessions on the Castilla-La Mancha Town Planning website, which have taken place on April 5 in Albacete and May 2 in Toledo, with the participation, among others, of the general manager of Urbanism and Territorial Planning of Castilla La Mancha, Jose Antonio Carrillo; the member of graphic bases of the National Association of Registrars, Luis Benavides, and were inaugurated by the territorial dean of the registrars of Castilla La Mancha, Alfredo Delgado, to promote accessibility to graphic and urban information on properties in the La Mancha community.
