A 24-year-old cyclist was found seriously injured on the street in Bad Peterstal-Griesbach (Ortenaukreis). As the police announced on Friday, a witness found the man lying on the ground on Thursday evening and alerted the police. The seriously injured man was said to be in acute danger of death from a helicopter to the hospital. A spokesman said the 24-year-old was believed to have fallen off his bike. The cause of the accident was initially unclear.
