Just at the beginning of the month, a six-year-old boy in North Frisia died after falling into a manure pit in Osterhever.
The boy’s family initially looked for the child themselves and then informed the officers, a police spokesman said after the incident. The manure container was also drained and a search was carried out in the container at the same time. About two hours after the emergency services were alerted, the child was found dead in the container in the municipality of Osterhever.
