Obstacles are to be expected during the long weekend on the highway network in the Montreal region, particularly at the Turcot and Saint-Pierre interchanges.

Mobility Montreal is planning the complete closure of Route 136 eastbound between the Turcot interchange and the entrances to Notre-Dame and de la Cathédrale streets.

The closure will be in effect from Friday 10 p.m. to Tuesday 5 a.m., said Mobility Montreal, adding that users will be able to take a detour in the Turcot interchange.

Highway 13 northbound will be completely closed between exit 2 and Highway 40, from Saturday midnight to Tuesday 5 a.m., according to Mobility Montreal.

At the Saint-Pierre interchange, the ramp leading from Highway 20 eastbound to Route 138 westbound will be closed from Saturday midnight to Monday 5 a.m.

In Pointe-Claire, the eastbound A-40 service road is planned to be closed between the Henri-Bourassa Boulevard exit and the Doyon Avenue entrance, from Friday 21 to Monday 5 a.m.

Rue Notre-Dame Est in Montreal is also affected by a complete closure in both directions between Rue Viau and Rue Dickson, from Friday 10 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.
