A surveillance company alerted the gendarmes at 3:30 a.m. Friday. A burglary was taking place at the restaurant on avenue Jean-Jaures, Eybens. The alarm had just gone off. The gendarmes arrived on the scene and noticed the broken window in the French section of the establishment.
They quickly spotted a man and immediately arrested him. The 48-year old man was taken into police custody. After being taken into police custody, he was released by the court with a summons for next January.
