Around 300 model railways have been stolen in Wadern, Saarland. The perpetrator or perpetrators broke open two steel doors on the property on Saturday, the police said on Sunday after initial investigations. The Märklin locomotives were all packed in boxes. The building is currently being renovated. According to the stolen person, the stolen collection is worth up to six figures, the police said.
