Lucas Fox, a leading company in the luxury real estate market in Spain, moves its headquarters from Barcelona, ​​from Pau Claris to Paseo de Gracia. A change to accommodate the commercial team that provides service to its network of 30 offices, distributed throughout Spain, Andorra and Portugal.

As detailed by the company in a statement on Monday, the transfer responds to the growth forecasts of its workforce, with the intention of reinforcing its services in technology, marketing and training.

The new offices will house a team of 71 professionals, including the sales team for the Barcelona area, as well as legal, marketing, human resources and technology services.

“The transfer reflects our commitment to quality growth, both in the number of offices and presence in regions and also in an intensification of services in technology, marketing and training to our entire network”, explained Alexander Vaughan, managing partner of the company.

The new space, located at Paseo de Gracia, 78, has an area of ​​550 square meters and has sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental standards. Until now, Lucas Fox’s headquarters were located on Pau Claris Street, where the real estate company will maintain visits and personalized assistance to its clients and investors.
