After the violent death of a young woman in Salzgitter, there is still no trace of the suspect. A spokesman for the public prosecutor’s office was initially unable to say this morning whether there would be a call for witnesses or a public search. The wanted man is still on the run.
The 23-year-old was found dead in an apartment in the Thiede district on Sunday. An autopsy was ordered. It is unclear when the result will be available. For tactical reasons, the police and public prosecutor’s office have so far released little information about the case to the public.
