The vice-president of the Diputación de León, Matías Llorente, has confirmed this Thursday that he will maintain the act of deputy after the rupture of the government pact in the institution between PSOE and UPL, with which the Leonists lose their representation in the provincial corporation that the socialist presides over it, Eduardo Morán.
Matías Llorente offered a press conference this Thursday in which he explained that he maintains the act of deputy and will go to the category of non-attached, which is why the Union of the Leonese People (UPL), which had demanded his resignation after leaving of the pact with the PSOE, it no longer has representation.
Union of the Leonese People has made official on May 17 the breaking of its government pact in the Diputación de León, presented as an “exercise of coherence” by its general secretary, Luis Mariano Santos.
