Friends of Saint-Martin de Linxe church will organize a Saturday visit to the holy spot at 10 a.m. Remi Desalbres, a heritage architect, will lead the tour and provide commentary. It will highlight the most recent discoveries on paintings dating back to the time of the Templars.
The association will offer a country dinner on the Binaou side of the church at the end of the visit. This day’s purpose is to learn more about Linx heritage, including its history, and to talk about potential work opportunities (restoration of the organ, classification of the church, facade painting, interior painting, restoration, etc.).
The association’s role, past and future actions, as well as its history, will be better understood during this day. You must reserve your meals (16 euro) by June 13th. The payment can be made in cash or by mailing.
