Have you heard of Jan Ebel and his comrades-in-arms? The volunteer environmentalists set out every few weeks with their houseboat “Rockfisch” and pull e-scooters out of the Spree. Unfortunately, their success is not too lasting: In many places where they have fished scooters out of the water, they soon find new ones again. The Berlin party people just have a lot of fun sinking the vehicles.
