The thirteenth edition of the Magic Festival ‘Toledo Ilusión’ will start this Thursday, May 19 with full capacity at the Teatro de Rojas in the regional capital and the stellar performance of the magician Juan Tamariz from 8:30 p.m. In addition, this edition of this contest included in the ‘Open Spring’ program promoted by the Department of Youth will take place from May 19 to 21 and will feature magicians of great international recognition.

On Friday the 20th, at 8:30 p.m., the magician, ventriloquist and comedian Jaime Figueroa will present a show in the key of humor and magic in the Sala Thalía in the Polígono neighborhood, at a price of 10 euros and tickets available at www.toledoilusion .com. On Saturday 21, starting at 11:00 a.m., the Padilla Civic Center will be the place to enjoy – with free admission and until full capacity – the ‘Ramón Riobóo’ Young Magic Contest.

That same day, starting at 8:30 p.m., the Rojas Theater will once again host the ‘Gran Gala Toledo Ilusión’ -with sold-out tickets- presented by Woody Aragón and which will bring together “some of the best international shows of the moment” with the participation of the world magic champion Norbert Ferré (France); the feminine and poetic magic of Huang Zheng (China); the specialist in general magic Iñaki Zabaletta (Argentina); the Spanish illusionists Mag Ramó and Alegría (Barcelona) and the funny Andalusian magic of Juan Luis Rubiales (Cádiz) with his funny Andalusian magic.

Lastly, the little ones in the house will be able to enjoy the Family Magic Gala, an activity parallel to this festival with a show for children directed by Consuelo Lorgia and Juan Luis Rubiales promoted by the Department of Family and to be held on Sunday 22 at 5:00 p.m. in the Sala Thalía del Polígono with tickets available for five euros at www.toledoilusion.com.
