Unidentified people sprayed irritants at a school in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg (Gross-Gerau district) and around 20 students suffered minor respiratory irritation. Three previously unknown perpetrators sprayed the irritant in the school stairwell on Thursday morning shortly before the end of the break, the police announced on Friday. It was initially unclear what exactly the substance was. When the students went back to the classroom after break, they complained about the discomfort. The police are investigating dangerous bodily harm.
